We are looking for a Senior Learning Developer with significant experience in developing digital learning materials inclouding production, with a strong emphasis on working with AI tools, video and animation production.
This is a 6-month position, with the possibility of extension to one year.
Key requirements:
• Proven experience in developing digital learning content and producing training materials.
• High proficiency in Adobe After Effects (required), as well as experience with Premiere, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Ability to transform raw technical materials, presentations, and recordings into high-quality learning deliverables — videos, animations, presentations, job aids, and more.
• Experience working with Generative AI tools (such as Synthesia, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar) as part of the workflow.
• Ability to work on both quick-turnaround tasks ("Rapid Turn") and more complex productions, while maintaining high quality.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and make professional decisions.
• Very high level of English (spoken and written).
• Availability to work with a US-based team, including several hours of overlap with US Central Time.
Significant advantage:
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), particularly Adobe Learning Manager.
• Familiarity with Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar authoring tools.
• Experience producing technical content or working with Subject Matter Experts.
