    We’re looking for a experienced UX designer to shape how users interact with Cognyte’s next-generation platforms across investigative and operational domains.

    As a Cognyter you will:

    • Design UX for mission-critical DI & analytics products: end-to-end design of complex, data-heavy systems (investigation workflows, timelines, and graph analysis).

    • Architect advanced AI-native UX: Shape how users interact with intelligent systems, including copilots/agents, decision support, trust/explainability, and guardrails.

    • Simplify complexity: Translate sophisticated investigative workflows and noisy data into intuitive, clean dashboards and drill-down experiences.

    • Partner across functions: Work closely with PMs, engineering, and stakeholders to turn deep technical requirements into simple, seamless user flows.

    • Elevate design quality: Establish robust standards and practices for AI design, design systems, and research ops.

    • Domain knowledge (Advantage): Experience in defense, intelligence, Cyber, LEA, or similarly high-stakes, data-intensive domains.
