אנו מחפשים רכז/ת קשרי קהילה מנוסה ומוכשר/ת להוביל פרויקטים אסטרטגיים ובעלי השפעה עבור מגוון לקוחות במגזר הציבורי והפרטי. זהו תפקיד מאתגר ומשמעותי המשלב מנהיגות, תקשורת אפקטיבית ויכולות ניהול פרויקטים ברמה גבוהה.
התפקיד כולל עבודה מול משרדי ממשלה, רשויות מקומיות וארגונים עסקיים, תוך ניהול צוות יועצים וקידום אסטרטגיות שיתוף ציבור מורכבות. תתמודד/י עם דינמיקות קהילתיות מגוונות ותוביל/י יוזמות בעלות השפעה רחבה.
תחומי האחריות:
• הובלה וניהול של פרויקטים קהילתיים מורכבים.
• בניית וחיזוק קשרים עם משרדי ממשלה, רשויות מקומיות וארגונים.
• פיתוח ויישום אסטרטגיות שיתוף ציבור אפקטיביות.
• ניהול צוות יועצים קטן והכוונה מקצועית.
• הנגשת מידע מורכב לקהלים מגוונים ופתרון אתגרים קהילתיים.

Requirements
• תואר ראשון בתחומים רלוונטיים (מדעי החברה, מדע המדינה, מדיניות ציבורית, גיאוגרפיה וכד').
• לפחות 5 שנות ניסיון בתחום קשרי קהילה, שיתוף ציבור או ניהול פרויקטים ציבוריים.
• יכולת מוכחת ללמוד ולהנגיש מידע מורכב (הנדסי, חינוכי, תשתיתי) לקהלים שונים.
• ניסיון מוכח בניהול צוותים קטנים – יתרון משמעותי.
• היכרות מעמיקה וניסיון בעבודה מול המגזר הציבורי (גופים עירוניים וממשלתיים).
• ניידות גבוהה ואפשרות לעבודה בשטח.
