אנחנו מובילים פרויקטים ותהליכים רוחביים ומגוונים שמייצרים שינוי משמעותי באגף ובחברה.
בנוסף, אנו פועלים מול ממשקים רבים ובכירים בתוך הארגון ומחוצה לו, ומהווים גורם מרכזי בתיאום, בקרה והובלה של פעילות חוצת ארגון.
איך ייראה היום יום שלך?
התפקיד כולל אחריות על ממשקי האגף עם ההנהלה, הדירקטוריון, קווי ביקורת ורגולטורים.
הכנה לדיוני הנהלה בכירה וועדות דירקטוריון באמצעות הבנת עולמות התוכן, ניתוח נתונים, זיקוק ודיוק מסרים והכנת חומר נדרש ברמה גבוהה, לצד עבודה שוטפת מול בנק ישראל הכוללת מעקב, דיווח ובקרה על עמידה בהוראות רגולציה.
במסגרת התפקיד תעסוק/י גם בתחומים רוחביים נוספים באגף, וביניהם:
• אחריות על נושאי ביקורת וניהול סיכונים באגף
• הובלת פרויקטים ותהליכי שיפור חוצי ארגון
• בנייה ושיפור מתודולוגיות עבודה וכלי ניהול
• הגדרה, ניהול ובקרה של יעדי האגף, כולל זיהוי פערים ומתן מענה בזמן אמת

• תואר ראשון רלוונטי (כלכלה / חשבונאות / תעשייה וניהול או דומה)
• שליטה גבוהה ב-Office, בדגש על Excel ו-PowerPoint
• ניסיון/היכרות עם רגולציה - יתרון משמעותי
• יחסי אנוש מצוינים
• יכולת אנליטית גבוהה, ניתוח נתונים והסקת מסקנות
• חשיבה תהליכית, סדר וארגון ברמה גבוהה
• עצמאות, פרואקטיביות ו"ראש גדול"
