About the Role

CBRE Israel is seeking a Commercial Manager / Legal Counsel to join our growing team.

This position combines commercial, contractual, and legal responsibilities and plays a key role in supporting the business through contract management, risk assessment, insurance matters, regulatory compliance, and ongoing commercial operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders across the organization, providing practical legal and commercial guidance while supporting day-to-day business activities.

What You'll Do

• Review, analyze, and comment on commercial agreements, contracts, and public tenders.

• Identify legal, commercial, and operational risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.

• Support negotiations and contract management processes.

• Partner with internal departments and business stakeholders on commercial and contractual matters.

• Manage day-to-day commercial operations and documentation.

• Coordinate insurance-related matters with brokers and insurance providers.

• Handle initial insurance claims processes, maintain claim documentation, and coordinate with relevant parties.

• Manage corporate registrations and filings with regulatory authorities.

• Provide legal and commercial support on issues arising from ongoing business activities.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Law degree (LL.B.) and Israeli Bar membership - preferred.

• Degree in Business Administration or a related field - an advantage.

• Commercial legal experience, whether in private practice or an in-house legal/commercial role - a significant advantage.

• Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.

• Strong risk assessment and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Fluent Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.

• Full-time availability.
