אנחנו מחפשים ראש/ת צוות פיתוח למחלקת בילנג , להובלת צוות פיתוח ובדיקות ולקיחת אחריות מלאה על תהליכי החיוב מקצה לקצה, בסביבה טכנולוגית מאתגרת ודינמית.

🔹תיאור התפקיד

• ניהול והובלה של צוות פיתוח ובדיקות בתחום הבילינג

• אחריות מלאה על תהליכי החיוב מקצה לקצה – משלב קבלת הדרישה, דרך אפיון, פיתוח ובדיקות ועד עלייה לייצור

• תמיכה שוטפת במערכות קיימות וטיפול בתקלות ייצור

• עבודה שוטפת מול ממשקים פנימיים וחיצוניים

• ניהול תוכניות עבודה ועמידה ביעדי SLA

• חניכה, פיתוח וקידום מקצועי של חברי הצוות

• הובלת תהליכי שיפור מתמיד וייעול תהליכים

🔹 דרישות התפקיד

• ניסיון של מעל 5 שנים בפיתוח

• ניסיון בעבודה עם Oracle או PL/SQL – חובה

• ניסיון בהובלת צוות- חובה

• ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות בילינג / ERP – יתרון

• ניסיון ב-Angular ובפיתוח Informatica – יתרון

• יכולת עבודה עצמאית, סדר וארגון וירידה לפרטים

• יכולת הובלת תהליכים וראייה מערכתית

• יחסי אנוש מעולים ויכולת עבודה מול ממשקים מרובים
