📍 Petah Tikva, Israel
Sky Sapience is a growing, family-oriented technology company developing and manufacturing advanced tethered drone systems. We are looking for a hands-on Integration & Flight Test Team Member to join our test team and work closely with our Test Team Leader, R&D, production, and other teams across the company.
What You’ll Do
• Participate in the planning, preparation, and execution of flight tests, field experiments, and demonstrations
• Perform hands-on integration, assembly, calibration, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning of advanced drone systems
• Operate UAVs during company tests and field activities
• Work closely with R&D to identify issues, implement improvements, and support the development of new systems
• Take ownership of tasks and independently drive technical and operational processes
• Support the company’s transition from development to serial production
What We’re Looking For
• Valid UAV Pilot License for aircraft weighing up to 25 kg
• Category C Driver’s License
• Strong hands-on technical skills and an interest in mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
• A proactive, resourceful, and independent mindset
• Fast learning ability and a strong desire to understand both hardware and software systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and across multiple departments
• A practical, field-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work extended hours during field-test days when required
A Significant Advantage
