As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an ambitious, energetic, and results-driven Account Manager & SDR to join our monday.com team. This is not a traditional SDR role. We're looking for someone who enjoys creating opportunities from scratch, building relationships, developing new business, and managing customer accounts throughout the sales journey. What You'll Do • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting. • Research target markets and identify high-potential prospects. • Initiate contact through phone, LinkedIn, networking events, conferences, and other outreach channels. • Qualify leads and schedule meetings with potential customers. • Build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders. • Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. • Own sales opportunities from initial outreach through deal progression, working closely with Account Executives and technical teams. • Work with CRM platforms and sales automation tools to manage pipeline and activities. • Collaborate closely with Sales, Presales, Delivery, and Marketing teams. • Represent abra and the monday.com Business Unit at industry events and customer meetings.

Requirements: • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, Sales Development, Business Development, or a similar customer-facing sales role. • Proven experience generating outbound opportunities and building a sales pipeline. • Experience working with CRM systems. • Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions – a significant advantage. • Experience working with enterprise customers – an advantage. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew. • Good English communication skills.
