Company Description Mano Maritime is part of Mano Holdings Group, which operates Cruise ships, cargo ships, and provides a range of maritime services.

It also serves as a representative and general agent in Israel for leading global shipping companies, including “K” Line, Neptune Line, and Ocean Network Express Corporation (“ONE”), as well as other lines.

In addition, the company owns hotels and real estate projects.

Role Description The Human Resources Manager is in charge or HR crewing for the company's fleet of vessels , including for the cruise ships and cargo ships. In addition, the HR Manager is in charge of office and headquarter recruitments.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Haifa.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in talent acquisition, interviewing, and end-to-end recruitment processes.

• Experience in performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.

• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance practices.

• Ability to design and coordinate training, learning, and development initiatives.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with management and diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree preferable in relevant studies, such as: Human Resources, Business Administration, , or a related field.

• Advantage for previous experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role, preferably in logistics, shipping, transportation, or other operational industries.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of discretion and integrity.
