תפקיד מאתגר המשלב ניהול צוותים של מהנדסי אלקטרוניקה והנחיה מקצועית לטובת פיתוח מערכות אלקטרואופטיות מתקדמות.

תחומי אחריות:

• ניהול והובלה של צוותי SW Embedded, Board Design, FPGA, ו-Video Processing כולל הנחיה מקצועית, פיתוח אישי והובלה לעמידה ביעדים.

• הנחיה וניהול הצוותים בהתאם לדרישות מערכת בתחום האלקטרוניקה בשיתוף מהנדסי מערכת.

• תכנון ובקרה על פרויקטים בתחום האלקטרוניקה משלב האפיון ועד למסירה.

• יישום טכנולוגיות חדשות, יצירת רוחביות וסטנדרטיזציה לעבודה ושיפור תהליכים.

• עבודה בסביבה מטריציונית מורכבת עם מגוון ממשקים פנימיים וחיצוניים.

דרישות:

• תואר ראשון בהנדסת חשמל/אלקטרוניקה- חובה , תואר שני יתרון.

• לפחות 10 שנות ניסיון בפיתוח אלקטרוניקה למערכות מולטי דיספלנריות

• לפחות 5 שנות ניסיון בניהול מחלקה.

• ניסיון מוכח בניהול צוותי פיתוח לרבות בתחומי Board Design , RT Embedded וFPGA-

• יכולת הובלה טכנולוגית, קבלת החלטות וניהול של תחומים מרובים.

• ניסיון בהגדרת ארכיטקטורת מערכת.

Head of electric department

A defense company located in Kfar Saba is seeking an Electronics Department Manager.

This is a challenging role that combines the management of electronics engineering teams with professional guidance for the development of advanced electro-optical systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead teams in Embedded Software, Board Design, FPGA, and Video Processing, including professional mentoring, personal development, and driving the teams toward meeting their goals.

• Guide and manage the teams according to system-level electronics requirements, in collaboration with System Engineers.

• Plan and oversee electronics projects from the specification stage through delivery.

• Implement new technologies, promote cross-functional work methods and standardization, and improve development processes.

• Work in a complex matrix environment with a wide range of internal and external interfaces.

• Report to the VP of R&D and Engineering.

Full-time position | Kfar Saba

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering – mandatory; M.Sc. – an advantage.

• At least 10 years of experience in electronics development for multidisciplinary systems.

• At least 5 years of experience managing a department.

• Proven experience managing development teams, including Board Design, Real-Time Embedded, and FPGA teams.

• Strong technological leadership skills, decision-making abilities, and experience managing multiple domains.

• Experience defining system architecture.

• Experience developing electro-optical payloads, thermal imaging systems, and control systems – an advantage.
