Revenue Operations Manager

GTM Team · Reports to VP of Revenue

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel (Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in the office)

About Zenzap

Zenzap is replacing the chaos of workplace communication with a secure, unified platform built for the way businesses need to operate. We’re growing fast — mid-market and enterprise deals across healthcare, hospitality, franchising, and multi-location operations — and we need the operational engine to match.

We’re backed by top-tier VCs, trusted by 10,000+ businesses, and closing meaningful deals with large organizations across some of the most operationally complex industries out there.

About the Role

This is our first in-house RevOps hire. You’ll own the systems, data, and processes that tie our entire revenue motion together — from the first outbound touch to closed-won and through expansion. You’ll report directly to the VP of Revenue and work closely with our GTM Engineering function, BI, and other GTM stakeholders.

You’ll be the operational backbone of our revenue team — the person who makes sure pipelines are accurate, forecasts are trustworthy, quotas are tracked, and leadership always knows where the business stands. This isn’t a support role. You own HubSpot, you own the data, and you own the processes that keep sales and CS running efficiently.

What You’ll Own

• HubSpot end-to-end ownership: pipelines, deal stages, properties, workflows, automations, and integrations

• CRM hygiene: enforcing data quality standards and keeping HubSpot clean, consistent, and trustworthy

• Pipeline management: keeping stages accurate, ownership clean, and making deal data trustworthy across sales and CS

• Forecasting: building and maintaining reliable revenue forecasts across all pipeline stages

• Reporting & dashboards: designing the reports and dashboards that give leadership, sales, and CS real visibility into what’s working

• Quota & attainment tracking: owning goal-setting and target building alongside leadership, and tracking performance against those targets across AEs and BDRs

• Lead routing & lifecycle management: making sure leads and deals move through the right stages with the right owners

• Cross-functional collaboration: working closely with GTM Engineering, BI, and R&D on data handoffs, metric definitions, and integration needs

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in RevOps or Sales Ops at a B2B SaaS company

• Deep HubSpot experience: pipelines, workflows, reporting, and administration

• Strong analytical skills: comfortable building forecasts, designing dashboards, and presenting findings clearly to leadership

• Process-oriented: you build systems, document them, and get the team to actually use them

• Comfortable working cross-functionally across commercial (sales, CS) and technical (R&D, BI, GTM Eng) teams

• Self-directed: you identify what’s broken, prioritize, and fix it without being told

Strong Advantage

• Experience at a Series A–B stage company

• Experience building a RevOps or Sales Ops function from the ground up

• Worked alongside or collaborated closely with a GTM engineering or sales automation function

• Exposure to BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar)

• Familiarity with outbound tooling (Apollo, Clay, or similar)

• Responsibilities and qualifications described above are intended to outline the general nature of the role and may evolve based on business needs.
