We’re looking for a Global HR SuccessFactors Systems Analyst to strengthen, streamline, and future-proof our global HR technology landscape. This role focuses on building a solid, scalable, and agile architecture and infrastructure that supports ADAMA’s evolving business and HR transformation needs.
You will oversee the design, integrity, and continuous improvement of our global HR systems — ensuring they are stable, well-integrated, and aligned with the company’s digital strategy. Partnering closely with HR, IT, and other global functions, you’ll translate business needs into sustainable technology solutions that enhance efficiency and user experience.
This position reports to the Head of Global HR Systems & Analytics and has no direct reports.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the global HR systems architecture, ensuring a coherent, scalable, and secure ecosystem all HR modules.
• Define and maintain design principles, data models, and integration standards that support agility and scalability.
• Manage system changes, testing, and releases, ensuring stability and continuous improvement.
• Drive simplification, standardization, and automation across processes and modules while respecting local needs.
• Lead integration and data governance, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with privacy standards.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify enhancements and automation opportunities.
• Lead system and infrastructure projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with the global HR technology roadmap.
• Act as a bridge between HR, IT, and vendors, translating business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Provide guidance and training to HR teams and key users, promoting digital enablement and best practices.
Qualifications
• Proven Experience in HR systems implementation and configuration, including objects, workflows and business rules, all HR modules.
• Strong IT background in system configuration and technical integrations.
• Deep understanding of enterprise HR platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors) and their role within a global systems landscape.
• Proven experience in managing and evolving HR technology and architecture within large, complex, multinational organizations.
• Demonstrated success leading end-to-end system and integration projects across HR, Payroll, and Finance.
• Expertise in data governance, integrations, and infrastructure optimization.
• Strong skills in processing automation, system design, and digital enablement.
• Solid project management, stakeholder engagement, and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Fluent in English.
