Role Description The מיישם/ת Priority role is a full-time, on-site position based in Or Akiva, focused on implementing, configuring, and maintaining the Priority ERP system to support business and operational processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing user requirements, mapping workflows, and translating business needs into effective Priority configurations and modules. The role involves managing system setups, user permissions, and data structures, as well as creating reports, dashboards, and process automations to improve efficiency and data accuracy. The position also includes testing new features, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as operations, finance, quality, and production to ensure seamless integration with organizational procedures. The מיישם/ת Priority will provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support, while participating in continuous improvement projects and system upgrades aligned with the company’s growth and regulatory needs.
Qualifications
• Strong experience in Priority ERP implementation and configuration, including modules relevant to manufacturing, inventory, and quality processes.
• Proficiency in business process analysis and workflow mapping, with the ability to translate operational needs into system solutions.
• Ability to design and maintain reports, queries, and dashboards, including basic familiarity with databases and data structures.
• Customer- and user-oriented mindset, with skills in training, documenting procedures, and providing ongoing technical and functional support.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, especially in testing, troubleshooting, and validating system changes.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams in a regulated environment.
• Advantageous: Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated industries, including familiarity with quality and compliance requirements.
• Relevant academic background (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience).
• Ability to work on-site in Or Akiva on a full-time basis
• Full command of Hebrew and ability to work in English
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, be organized and pay attention to details
