Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Architect will develop architectural concepts, prepare detailed plans and drawings, and participate in design reviews. Daily tasks include coordinating with project managers, consultants, and contractors, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and overseeing design execution throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves integrating functional, structural, and aesthetic requirements, preparing documentation for permits, and supporting presentations to clients and stakeholders. The Architect will also contribute to internal process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team. Qualifications

• Knowledge of Integration between design disciplines (e.g., structural, MEP) to ensure cohesive and buildable solutions.
• Familiarity with Software Development or digital tools supporting architectural workflows (e.g., BIM, CAD, scripting) is an advantage.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and strong technical drawing skills.
• Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and permit processes in Israel or willingness to quickly learn them.
• Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail under deadlines.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration or eligibility is a plus.
