Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls under CFO direction

• Supervise payroll, option grants, and other financial processes

• Research and apply complex tax and accounting concepts

• Manage external auditors, tax preparers, and valuation teams

• Oversee revenue cycle reporting for clients and subsidiaries

• Ensure smooth financial operations, including payments, banking, vendors, and customers

Requirements:

• 10+ years as a Senior Controller or Director of Finance

• Experience in Hi-tech / Startup – advantage

• SAAS / Software industry experience – advantage

• Big 4 Accounting firm background in Hi-tech – advantage

• CPA with a degree in Accounting

• US GAAP experience – advantage

• Proven ability to lead an accounting team

• Excellent communication skills in English
