Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Representative at R-Cure Medical Ltd. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of advanced medical devices and products. Day-to-day tasks will include meeting with potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, providing training and support to healthcare professionals, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role requires a proactive approach to sales, including identifying new business opportunities and staying informed about industry trends.
Qualifications
• Strong sales and account management skills, including prospecting, relationship building, negotiation, and closing.
• Experience in medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales, with familiarity in wound care, rehabilitation, or infection control considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with capacity to explain clinical and technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Organizational and time-management skills, including planning routes, managing a pipeline, and maintaining accurate documentation and CRM updates.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, with self-motivation and resilience in a target-driven context.
• Proficiency in standard office and digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, MS Office, online meeting platforms); comfort with technology-assisted care and BI systems is beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Israel, as required.
