This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in contracts, construction administration, budgeting, procurement, or project coordination who are looking to work on large-scale infrastructure and development projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and manage contracts and purchase orders for consultants, contractors, project managers, suppliers, and service providers.
• Review and verify contractors', consultants', and suppliers' invoices.
• Examine bills of quantities, contracts, and financial documentation.
• Monitor project budgets and manage budget requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain contract, tender, insurance, and guarantee documentation.
• Coordinate tender processes from document preparation through contract execution.
• Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to the department.
Requirements
✔ Practical Engineering diploma in Industrial Engineering & Management, Architecture, or Civil Engineering, or a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, or a related economic field.
✔ At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
✔ Experience working with construction/project management systems – an advantage.
✔ Familiarity with public procurement regulations – an advantage.
