We're looking for a Retail Analyst, Team Lead to lead our retail data and replenishment operation, turning data into actionable insights that drive growth and decision-making across the company. You'll manage a team responsible for reporting, KPIs, and analytical processes supporting core business areas such as retail performance, inventory management, and replenishment strategy, while owning the end-to-end relationship with store managers across the US and UK.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the retail analytics team, overseeing day-to-day performance, workload, and professional development.
• Own the end-to-end replenishment process, including data analysis, product allocation, discount planning, and warehouse shipment coordination.
• Analyze sales data and inventory trends to optimize stock, while helping design and refine a replenishment algorithm/model.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track retail performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Serve as the main point of contact for US and UK store managers and collaborate closely with supply chain, fulfillment, and warehouse teams.
• Act as a key stakeholder in cross-functional projects, ensuring retail priorities are represented and operational processes are aligned across departments
• Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Planning, E-commerce, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Product teams to align inventory strategies with broader business objectives.
Requirements:
• BA/BSc from a leading academic institution in a relevant field.
• 2-3 years of experience managing a team, ideally within retail, supply chain, or data analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analysis, preferably in retail, supply chain, or inventory management.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience working with e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify or Magento)- an advantage.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions across multiple departments.
• Proven ability to balance analytical thinking with business judgment and communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional retail or e-commerce environment - is an advantage.
