Production Line Technician position

RepAir, an emerging start-up developing innovative electrochemical carbon capture technologies to fight climate change, is scaling up its production operations in Mevo Carmel (Yokneam), Israel.

We are looking for a hands-on and motivated Production Line Technician to join our growing Production team.

You will run the electrode production line day to day — manufacturing electrodes, operating the equipment and driving production forward as we scale from pilot to serial manufacturing of our CO₂ capture technology.

This is a full-time position, based on-site at the company's facility in Mevo Carmel (Yokneam), Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on manufacturing of electrodes across the full process – from slurry preparation and coating (blade / roller / slot-die) to MEA fabrication and cell/stack assembly

• Operating and monitoring production equipment and instrumentation on the electrochemical production line

• Performing in-line quality checks, routine maintenance and troubleshooting

• Documenting production data and ensuring compliance with safety requirements

• Driving production forward together with process and mechanical engineers

Requirements:

• Practical engineer / technician diploma, or equivalent hands-on production experience (3+ years)

• Good mechanical skills and comfort working with machines, jigs and measurement tools

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal

• Highly motivated with a "big-picture" attitude who takes full ownership and responsibility

• A passion to learn new things and master new techniques and procedures

• Precise, detail-oriented and committed to quality and safety

• A great team player who thrives in a dynamic environment – flexible, adaptable and open, not rigid

Advantages:

• Experience in relevant production environments (e.g., fuel cells, batteries, electrolyzers)

• Experience with coating processes (e.g., slot-die, roll-to-roll) or electrode / ink preparation

• Familiarity with assembly of electrochemical cells or stacks

Why Join Us?

• Innovative mission – work with cutting-edge technology that makes a real environmental impact

• Hands-on impact – a key role in building groundbreaking production capabilities for large-scale CO₂ capture

• Professional growth – grow with us as we scale up our production operations
