Our Israel Design Center develops complex SoCs used by leading global technology companies and is responsible for the complete product lifecycle—from architecture and design through production and manufacturing.

We are looking for an experienced Product Engineer to join our Product Engineering team and play a key role in bringing advanced VLSI products from development to high-volume manufacturing.

What You'll Do

As a Product Engineer, you will own critical product engineering activities throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring high product quality, reliability, manufacturability, and cost efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Drive product engineering activities from silicon bring-up through high-volume production.

• Define and optimize manufacturing processes, assembly, and packaging solutions.

• Lead product qualification and reliability programs in accordance with JEDEC standards.

• Monitor manufacturing yield, analyze production data, identify root causes, and drive continuous yield improvement.

• Manage interactions with semiconductor foundries, OSATs, test houses, and other manufacturing partners.

• Support new product introduction (NPI) and production ramp activities.

• Perform statistical analysis, DOE, and data-driven investigations to improve product performance and manufacturing robustness.

• Lead failure analysis activities together with cross-functional engineering teams.

• Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining product quality and reliability.

• Collaborate closely with Design, Test, Validation, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful product releases.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Engineering within the semiconductor industry.

• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and CMOS technologies.

• Knowledge of semiconductor device physics and fabrication processes.

• Experience with product qualification, reliability testing, and characterization data analysis.

• Familiarity with semiconductor packaging and assembly technologies.

• Understanding of Failure Analysis methodologies and common FA techniques.

• Knowledge of JEDEC qualification and reliability standards.

• Experience with statistical analysis, Design of Experiments (DOE), and yield analysis.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Project.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple activities independently while collaborating across global teams.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Background in semiconductor device physics.

• Experience with Electrical Test (ET) analysis.

• Hands-on Failure Analysis (FA) experience.

• Knowledge of assembly design rules (Assembly DR).

• Understanding of ASIC/VLSI design flow.

• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Perl, TCL, or similar).

• Experience working directly with foundries and OSAT partners.
