About the role:
We are looking for a key team member to work closely alongside the Division’s VP. This role perfectly combines administrative responsibility with analytical insight and process tracking.
The position offers broad exposure to the financial world and senior management operations, providing an excellent opportunity to dive deep into the division’s core activities and directly contribute to its success.
• Managing and coordinating the VP’s calendar and providing ongoing support for divisional activities.
• Participating in professional forums and division management meetings.
• Systematically tracking decisions, performance, and task progression.
• Preparing materials, reports, and meeting minutes (protocols) for high-stakes discussions.
• Working continuously with managers and employees across multiple diverse interfaces.
• Understanding professional/technical material, analyzing it, and translating it into actionable execution.
Requirements:
• Academic degree (Degree in a financial field – an advantage).
• Previous experience supporting senior management – an advantage.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to track and monitor complex processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, with an advantage for Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong prioritizing and independent task-management skills.
• Absolute discretion, high personal accountability, and excellent interpersonal skills.
