Role Description The Senior Semiconductor Test Engineer is a full-time, role based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans for advanced semiconductor devices, including defining test strategies, creating test cases, and ensuring thorough functional testing of products. Day-to-day activities include setting up and maintaining automated test environments, analyzing test data, identifying defects, and collaborating with design, validation, and production teams to improve product quality and yield. The engineer will also contribute to test methodology optimization, support new product introduction and release to manufacturing, and document test procedures and results in a clear and structured manner. Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in semiconductor Test Engineering, including designing test plans and strategies for complex integrated circuits.

• Hands-on experience with Test Execution, including running automated and manual tests on ATE or bench setups and troubleshooting test failures.

• Proficiency in defining and maintaining structured Test Cases and test coverage for functional and performance requirements.

• Strong background in Testing methodologies and best practices for high-speed, mixed-signal, or digital ICs.

• Experience performing and analyzing Functional Testing to validate product behavior against specifications.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

• Knowledge of semiconductor test equipment, ATE platforms, scripting languages (such as Python), and data analysis tools.

• Familiarity with high-speed interfaces, SerDes, or networking silicon is an advantage.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in cross-functional engineering teams.

• Good written and spoken communication skills in English; Hebrew proficiency is an advantage.
