    We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Finance Manager to lead the global finance operations of an international company.

    This role combines strategic leadership with a hands-on approach across all key finance functions, including financial reporting, accounting, tax, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, regulatory reporting, and FP&A.

    The Finance Manager will oversee the company’s global finance activities and serve as the CFO of one of the Group’s subsidiaries. The role works closely with senior management, supporting business planning, financial analysis, strategic decision-making, and regulatory compliance.

    The position includes managing finance teams across multiple international locations, including Dublin.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage the company’s global finance operations.

    • Serve as CFO of a Group subsidiary and oversee all financial activities.

    • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

    • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS and regulatory requirements.

    • Oversee accounting operations, reconciliations, financial controls, and general ledger activities.

    • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

    • Analyze financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to management.

    • Develop financial models, business cases, and strategic analyses to support business initiatives.

    • Manage tax compliance, reporting, and relationships with external advisors and authorities.

    • Oversee payroll processes and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

    • Manage cash flow, treasury activities, liquidity, and banking relationships.

    • Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

    • Lead internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors, regulators, and external stakeholders.

    • Partner closely with senior management and cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Legal, HR, and Operations.

    • Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members across different locations.

    • Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiency.

    • Maintain active involvement in day-to-day finance operations while providing strategic

    leadership.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

    • CPA qualification – mandatory.

    • At least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, tax, payroll, and financial management.

    • Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role.

    • Experience managing employees and leading finance teams.

    • Experience managing global finance operations and working with international stakeholders.

    • Experience in a FinTech company – a significant advantage.

    • Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, tax regulations, payroll, treasury management, and internal controls.

    • Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, and financial analysis processes.

    • Experience managing cash flow, treasury activities, and banking relationships.

    • Experience working with auditors, external advisors, and regulatory authorities.

    • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems.

    • Strong analytical, business, and leadership skills.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

    • Ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.

    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

    • Fluent English.
