אוטוריטה טכנית בפרויקט בכפוף למסגרת הפרויקט
הובלת צוות הפיתוח בצורה סינרגית ואינטגרטיבית
דרישות:
תואר ראשון בהנדסה (מכונות, אווירונאוטיקה, אלקטרוניקה)
תואר שני בתחום הרלוונטי – יתרון
ניסיון מוכח של כ- 5 שנים בתפקידים מערכתיים בפרויקטים מולטי דיסציפלינריים
ניסיון בפיתוח מערכות תעופתיות – טילים/כלי טיס
ניסיון במערכות צבאיות – יתרון
שליטה מלאה בשפה העברית והאנגלית
הבנה טכנית טובה בדיסציפלינות השונות
יכולת הובלת צוות במטריצה
