Role Description The Intelligence Analyst is a full-time, on-site role / hybrid based in the Rome, Italy. This role is responsible for collecting, evaluating, and synthesizing information from multiple sources to produce timely, actionable intelligence reports and briefings. Day-to-day activities include conducting all-source and geospatial analysis, assessing risks to national security and critical infrastructure, and identifying emerging threats and trends in cyber and physical domains. The Intelligence Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to support operational decision-making, contribute to the development of analytic methodologies and tools, and maintain thorough documentation of findings. The role also involves communicating insights to internal stakeholders and clients, maintaining high standards of accuracy, and adhering to relevant security and confidentiality protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in All-Source Intelligence and Intelligence Analysis, with the ability to integrate information from diverse classified and open sources.

• Advanced Analytical Skills for assessing complex threat landscapes, identifying patterns, and delivering clear, data-driven assessments.

• Experience with Geospatial Intelligence, including the use of mapping tools and spatial data to support operational and strategic decisions.

• Demonstrated understanding of National Security concepts, policies, and frameworks relevant to cybersecurity, homeland security, and intelligence operations.

• (Advantage) Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Security Studies, Intelligence, Political Science, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, threat actors, and digital forensics or network analysis tools is highly beneficial.

• Ability to work on-site in a secure environment, manage sensitive information responsibly, and comply with applicable security clearances and regulations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hebrew or additional languages is an asset.

• Proven ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality outputs under time constraints.

• Experience in government, defense, intelligence, or law enforcement contexts is a plus.
