אחריות למתן שירות שוטף לעובדים בתחום משאבי אנוש , בקרה על נתוני נוכחות והיעדרות, עדכון זכאויות ותנאי העסקה ותמיכה בנושאי השכר
מתן תמיכה בתהליכי בגיוס עד לקליטה והשתלבות העובד בארגון
שותפות ותמיכה בהובלת תהליכי שינוי ותהליכים ארגוניים
זיהוי ואיתור צרכי משאבי אנוש מהשטח
ליווי מנהלים בדרגי הביניים- מתן ייעוץ ותמיכה בנושאים שוטפים
דרישות:
השכלה אקדמית רלוונטית
תואר ראשון במדעי ההתנהגות / מדעי החברה
ניסיון של שנתיים לפחות בתפקיד דומה בארגון בינוני / גדול
היכרות עם כלל היבטי משאבי אנוש (גיוס, פרט, שימור עובדים, פיתוח ארגוני, שכר והטבות ורווחה)
ניסיון בעבודה מול ועדי עובדים
