תחומי האחריות:
• הובלת תכן מערכתי מקיף של ראשי ביות אלקטרו-אופטיים או מכ"מיים מתקדמים.
• כתיבת מסמכי דרישות מערכת מורכבים (SRD) וניהול ממשקי עבודה מול צוותי הפיתוח השונים.
• הובלת סקרי תכן הנדסיים קריטיים (PDR, CDR) מול לקוחות פנימיים וחיצוניים בארץ ובעולם.
• ביצוע ניתוחי ביצועים, סימולציות מערכתיות מורכבות והגדרת קריטריונים לבדיקות קבלה.
• ליווי הדוק של שלבי האינטגרציה, בדיקות המעבדה המורכבות וניסויי הטיסה בשטח.

Requirements
• תואר ראשון בהנדסת חשמל / פיזיקה / אווירונאוטיקה או תחום הנדסי מקביל - חובה (תואר שני - יתרון משמעותי).
• ניסיון של 5 שנים לפחות כמהנדס/ת מערכת בפיתוח מערכות מולטי-דיסציפלינריות מורכבות - חובה.
• ניסיון מעשי מוכח בפיתוח, תכן או אינטגרציה של ראשי ביות (Seekers) (אלקטרו-אופטיים או מכ"ם).
• הבנה מעמיקה ורקע חזק באלגוריתמיקה, עיבוד תמונה, או עיבוד אותות.
• ניסיון מעשי בעבודה וכתיבת קוד בכלי סימולציה כגון MATLAB או Python.
• יכולת הובלה טכנולוגית, תקשורת בינאישית מצוינת ועבודה עצמאית בסביבה מטריציונית.
