Job Description

• Define and lead the organization's technology vision in alignment with its business strategy.

• Oversee the overall quality, stability, scalability, and security of all software systems and platforms.

• Manage cross-functional collaboration with Product, Infrastructure, Information Security, and external vendors.

• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams, taking full ownership of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, professional development, performance management, and retention.

• Drive innovation, establish development standards and best practices, and expand the organization's software development capabilities and service offerings.

• Manage projects and development activities end-to-end, including planning, prioritization, resource allocation, timeline management, progress tracking, and ensuring successful delivery against business objectives.

• Work closely with external vendors and technology partners to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Approximately 7+ years of proven experience in software development.

• At least 3 years of management experience leading multiple development teams and/or Team Leads within an enterprise organization or a company serving enterprise customers.

• Significant experience developing complex Web and Mobile applications.

• Deep understanding of enterprise software architecture, including Microservices and API-based architectures.

• Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

• Strong planning, prioritization, and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives while meeting deadlines and business objectives.

• Willingness to work flexible hours and maintain availability as required by the role.
