תיאור התפקיד:
• סקירה וניתוח שוטפים של מדיניות ומודלי פעולה כלכליים רלוונטיים בחו"ל (Benchmarking) וגיבוש המלצות אסטרטגיות ליישום בישראל
• ביצוע סקירות מעמיקות של תהליכים מבניים וכלכליים בארץ, איתור צווארי בקבוק והצגת תובנות כלכליות לתמיכה בקבלת החלטות
• איסוף, ארגון ואימות נתונים, גיבוש מתודולוגיות מחקר, תכנון שאלונים וסקרים לצורך איסוף מידע ראשוני
• הפעלת מודלים וביצוע ניתוחים אקונומטריים מורכבים (באמצעות Stata/R/Python) להערכת השפעות כלכליות וניתוח יחסים סטטיסטיים בין משתנים
דרישות המשרה:
• תואר ראשון בכלכלה/ מנהל עסקים
• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה
• תואר שני בכלכלה/ סטטיסטיקה - יתרון משמעותי
• ניסוין של כשנתיים ככלכלן / באקונומטריקה, שימוש בתוכנות דוגמת R, STATA
• ניסיון בגיבוש מודלים אקונומטריים, בניית תחזית הכנסות, ניתוח תקציבי
