• ניהול והובלת צוות מיישמי SAP.
• מתן פתרונות טכניים לאתגרים מורכבים.
• אחריות כוללת על מערכות SAP HR ו-SAP BW.
• אחריות תפעולית על מערכות ארגוניות נוספות (Non-SAP).
• הבטחת יציבות, זמינות ואיכות המערכות בהתאם לצורכי הארגון.
• הובלת פרויקטים רוחביים, תהליכי שיפור וייעול חוצי ארגון.
• תכנון, ביצוע והטמעת פרויקטים חדשים ושדרוגים במערכות SAP.
• עבודה מול ספקים חיצוניים, ניהול ביצועים ועמידה ביעדים ולוחות זמנים.
דרישות:
• ניסיון של שנה לפחות בניהול צוות בתחום מערכות המידע – חובה.
• לפחות 5 שנות ניסיון ביישום מערכות SAP – חובה.
• ניסיון בעבודה עם SAP HR ו/או SAP רכש – יתרון משמעותי.
• יכולות הובלה, ניהול ממשקים וראייה מערכתית רחבה.
• יחסי אנוש מצוינים ויכולת עבודה בסביבה מרובת משימות.
