We’re Mint - we build digital products for some of the leading brands in Israel.

We’re looking for a Product Manager who owns products end-to-end and thrives when no two days look the same.

Overview

What you’ll do

•      Lead products from discovery to launch - defining strategy, owning the roadmap, and translating business goals into clear product requirements

•      Run multiple projects in parallel using Agile/Scrum, managing timelines, risks, and stakeholders

•      Work with clients - understanding their needs, leading status meetings, and turning conversations into actionable specs

•      Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery

Qualifications

About you

•      3-5 years of product management experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment

•      Hands-on with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira and Monday

•      Strong product sense - you think in business value, user needs, and success metrics

•      Excellent written specs - you make the complex simple

•      Comfortable operating with ambiguity and juggling multiple projects

•      Fluent Hebrew and English-Big plus

•      AI orientation: you actually use Claude, GPT, etc. in your day-to-day, and know how to bring them into product work and workflows

•      Experience shipping GenAI-based features or products

•      Background in a digital agency or project-based company
