Position Summary
We are looking for a Global Logistics Coordinator to manage international shipping operations, ensuring timely deliveries, accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and excellent service to customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate international shipments (Export, Import as well as domestic) from planning through final delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with customers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics service providers.
• Obtain freight quotations and coordinate transportation based on business needs and timelines.
• Prepare review and maintain shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and any other required export/import documents.
• Support customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with international shipping requirements.
• Monitor shipments, track deliveries, and proactively resolve delays or operational issues.
• Manage and maintain shipment records in ERP and CRM systems.
• Review and validate logistics-related invoices and prepare shipment reports as required.
Required Qualifications
• 2–5 years of experience in international logistics, import/export operations, or freight forwarding.
• Good understanding of international shipping processes, Incoterms, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Experience working with ERP systems (Priority – an advantage).
• Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce – an advantage).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
Additional Requirements
Availability outside standard Israeli business hours may be required to support global operations.
