    The company develops a multidisciplinary Counter-UAS platform powered by RF Cyber Takeover capabilities to detect and neutralize hostile drone threats while ensuring operational continuity, serving tier-1 government.

    Founded by experienced entrepreneurs, the company has secured tens of millions of dollars across multiple funding rounds through Series B. They currently employ over a hundred professionals and continue to expand their multidisciplinary R&D operations.

    Located in Center District with shuttle services from Tel Aviv train stations, operating on a full-time in-office model.

    Role Description-

    • Performing RF, HW, and System-level validation for complex Software-Defined Radio (SDR) and tactical systems, including End-to-End System Testing.

    • Conducting hands-on testing for RF Hardware, Antennas, Radar Systems, Jammers, Firmware, and Embedded Software.

    • Writing comprehensive Test Plans and Test Reports while utilizing advanced RF Test Equipment (Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz, Anritsu, etc.).

    • Investigating RF anomalies and Signal Integrity issues down to the Component/Board Level.

    • Collaborating closely with RF Design, Board Design, and Software teams to optimize system performance.

    Requirements-

    • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/STEM field – Mandatory

    • 5+ years of experience in RF System Testing / RF Validation – Mandatory

    • Hands-on experience with RF Parameters (S-parameters, EVM, BER, NF, P1dB, Phase Noise, Link Budget) or RF Test Equipment (Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz, Anritsu) – Mandatory

    • Experience working in Linux environments – Mandatory
