About the role: We’re looking for a highly capable People Partner to become a key force multiplier within our HR team. This is not a classic HRBP role, nor a traditional HR Operations role. We’re looking for a true builder - someone who loves creating structure from scratch, improving the way things work, turning ideas into reality, and helping evolve a thoughtful, high-performing organization. You’ll work closely with the HR team and key stakeholders on company-wide initiatives, OD processes, manager enablement, and strengthening the HR infrastructure of a growing global company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, combines strategic thinking with strong execution, navigates people dynamics with maturity, and naturally leverages modern AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making. You’ll have significant ownership, autonomy, and impact on how the company grows. What you’ll do: Drive and support HR programs & infrastructure • Build HR programs, processes, and frameworks from the ground up • Support core HR cycles, including performance reviews, compensation reviews, engagement surveys, and calibration processes • Design and lead learning experiences, workshops, and development initiatives across the company • Improve and optimize workflows, systems, policies, and operational infrastructure • Drive HR analytics and reporting to support business decisions Partner with managers and teams • Act as a trusted thought partner and support both managers and ICs through people-related challenges, talent development, and organizational dynamics • Help strengthen communication, collaboration, and employee experience across the company Work as part of a collaborative and impact-driven HR team • Partner closely with the Head of HR and HR team on multiple initiatives • Independently lead projects from idea to execution • Bring structure, prioritization, and clarity to a fast-moving environment • Help evolve the HR function for the company’s next stage
Requirements: Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in broad HR roles within fast-paced, tech environments • High-agency mindset with a strong tendency toward ownership, initiative, and independent execution • Strong AI adoption mindset and hands-on experience leveraging AI tools in day-to-day work (e.g., for research, analysis, workflow optimization, and knowledge management) • Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data, metrics, and insights to support decision-making • Understanding of modern HR best practices and organizational trends, with the ability to bring ideas and perspectives from high-performing companies into a startup environment • Excellent project management and prioritization skills • High level of emotional intelligence and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and navigate sensitive situations across different stakeholders and seniority levels • Fluent English and Hebrew - experience working globally preferred • Experience leading performance and compensation cycles preferred Who you are: • Most importantly - you care deeply about people • You’re a builder at heart • You don’t wait for instructions - you create clarity • You know how to balance empathy with accountability • You can move between strategic discussions and operational details seamlessly • You’re curious, adaptive, and excited by modern tools and technologies - and how they can reshape the future of work
