• Monitor the performance of solar systems using advanced monitoring platforms.
• Identify production issues, system faults, and performance irregularities.
• Open, track, and follow up on service tasks until resolution.
• Analyze system performance data, trends, alerts, and operational metrics.
• Generate performance reports and operational analyses using Excel.
• Communicate with customers and provide clear updates regarding system status and performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely follow-up on multiple tasks and projects.
