Position Overview-
• Principal Backend Software Architect serving as the primary technical authority for the backend engineering division, driving system modernization and the strategic migration from legacy On-Premise systems to cloud-native architectures.
• Maintaining a balanced leadership profile combining cross-functional technical governance with high-impact, Hands-On architectural prototyping and optimization.
• Leading system design reviews, defining macro-architectural blueprints, and ensuring strict technical consistency across complex, multi-layered product modules.
• Bridging low-level hardware communication protocols with high-level software abstraction layers to ensure seamless medical device and imaging integration.
• Collaborating closely with Product, DevOps, Security, and Executive leadership to champion modern software best practices focusing on massive Scalability, High Availability, and Reliability Engineering.
• Mentoring elite engineering teams and evaluating cutting-edge technologies, including AI-driven development workflows and modern observability frameworks.
• Core Stack & Ecosystem- C#, C++, Java, AWS Cloud Infrastructure, Microservices Architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, Distributed Messaging Systems, Oracle Data Warehouses, Observability Platforms, and Performance Tuning.
Requirements
• Academic Background: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related exact science discipline – Mandatory
• 7+ years of deep professional experience in backend software engineering – Mandatory
• Extensive, proven track record operating as a Software/System Architect, designing complex enterprise-level distributed systems – Mandatory
• Production-proven development mastery in both C# (.NET) and C++ ecosystems – Mandatory
• Solid technical domain expertise in Hardware/Software integrated systems (e.g., medical devices, firmware interfaces, or imaging equipment connectivity) – Mandatory
• Deep, architectural mastery of the AWS cloud ecosystem, specifically driving On-Prem to Cloud migration strategies – Mandatory
