Original listing · kept for referenceWe're looking for a hands-on Systems & Infrastructure Administrator to own and evolve our IT infrastructure — from servers and networking to cloud platforms and security. You'll be the go-to person for keeping our systems reliable, secure, and scalable, while also driving forward-looking projects that make the organization more efficient. What You'll Bring Experience & Expertise • 3–5+ years of experience as a Systems and Infrastructure Administrator in an organizational setting • Proven track record deploying, managing, and maintaining physical and virtual servers — including software updates, performance monitoring, and terminal server implementation • Hands-on experience with networking and communications: switches, firewalls, endpoint devices, and management of internet/telecom providers • Solid grounding in information security and business continuity: backup systems, recovery testing, identity and access management (IAM), and familiarity with SIEM/SOC environments • Experience administering enterprise cloud and SaaS platforms, including user and permissions management • Demonstrated ability to lead complex infrastructure projects independently, end-to-end — including troubleshooting advanced technical issues and integrating AI tools to improve IT operations • Experience with budget tracking and managing software licensing costs across departments Technical Stack Servers & Operating Systems • Active Directory (AD) • Exchange (including server upgrades) • Linux • Dedicated Terminal Servers Networking & Communications • Fortigate Firewalls • Meraki Switches Information Security, Identity & Endpoint Management • Security tools: EDR, MDM, Umbrella • Monitoring systems: SIEM/SOC • Endpoint management: Endpoint Central (ManageEngine) Cloud Environments & SaaS Platforms • Microsoft 365 & Azure • Google Workspace • Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) • HubSpot • Lucid Standards & Compliance (Significant Advantage) • Familiarity with information security standards such as ISO, ITGC, or Rav Magen
Requirements: Requirements • High-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking). • Strong problem-solving instincts and a methodical approach to troubleshooting under pressure. • Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical issues clearly for non-technical stakeholders. • Self-motivated and comfortable owning projects independently, while collaborating effectively across teams. • Sound judgment and composure when handling urgent or high-stakes system issues. • Curiosity and adaptability — genuinely interested in new tools and technologies (especially AI) and how they can improve day-to-day operations. • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for the systems you manage. • Detail-oriented, with good time-management skills across multiple concurrent projects.
