Senior DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes)

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our platform team and help design, build, and operate highly scalable cloud-native infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with deep Kubernetes expertise who enjoys building internal platforms, improving developer experience, and automating everything.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate production-grade Kubernetes environments

• Develop and maintain GitOps-based delivery workflows

• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for large-scale distributed systems

• Implement infrastructure automation using scripting and Infrastructure-as-Code

• Operate multi-cloud environments across at least two major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)

• Improve observability, reliability, and security across the platform

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to streamline deployments and development workflows

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments

• Proven experience in DevOps / Platform Engineering

• Experience working with GitOps practices and tools (e.g., ArgoCD)

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and release engineering

• Experience with at least two major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)

• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)

• Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management

Nice to Have

• Experience with Crossplane

• Experience building internal developer platforms

• Experience designing multi-tenant or self-service infrastructure environments

• Familiarity with service mesh, policy engines, and cluster governance tools
