Company Description

Mint is an Israeli digital agency building B2C websites and apps for the country's leading brands — Bank Hapoalim, Ashtrom, Delek Motors, Histadrut, and more. Our ~30-person engineering team works across React/Next.js and React Native. We use agentic development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) as part of the team's daily workflow

We're looking for a frontend developer with real production experience who is equally comfortable writing code and directing AI agents, and who thrives when switching between 2–3 concurrent client projects at agency pace

Overview

What You'll Do

• Build production-grade websites and components in React / Next.js / TypeScript for leading Israeli brands

• Work in parallel on multiple projects inside a TurboRepo-based monorepo (15+ Next.js apps)

• Use Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and GitHub Copilot as core daily tools — author and maintain CLAUDE.md and .cursorrules, dispatch parallel agents, and review AI-generated code to production standards

• Integrate with GraphQL / Apollo Client and REST APIs

• Own caching, CI/CD on Azure, and release automation

• Apply accessibility (WCAG 2.2), performance, and technical SEO best practices

• Review code, share knowledge, and drive technical improvements across the team

Responsibilities

Must-Haves

• 2–5 years of production experience with React and/or Next.js — with demonstrable work on B2C / marketing sites, not only internal dashboards

• Strong command of TypeScript, ES2022+, HTML5, CSS3 / SCSS

• Daily use of AI coding agents — Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, GitHub Copilot, or similar. This is part of how the team works. In the interview we’ll ask you to walk us through an actual agent workflow you’ve used

• Demonstrated context-switching ability across 2–3 concurrent projects while maintaining quality and priorities

• Experience with GraphQL, REST APIs, and Git

• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies

• Native or near-native Hebrew (internal working language and client language)

• Strong technical English (reading and writing)

Qualifications

Strong Bonuses

• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and authoring custom agent skills

• Experience with multi-agent workflows: git worktrees, parallel sessions, or planner + specialist agent architectures

• Experience with Umbraco CMS / .NET Core / C#

• E2E testing with Playwright or Cypress

• Accessibility expertise (WCAG 2.2)

• Azure / CI/CD / Docker experience

• Prior experience in a digital agency or multi-client project environment
