    About the role:

    We are looking for a Category Manager (Trade Marketing) to lead category growth across channels and customers, combining data, shopper insights and execution to drive sales

    performance.

    🔹 What will you do?

    • Lead category sales performance through building and executing annual plans aligned with business goals and market trends

    • Analyze category performance across channels and customers to identify gaps and growth opportunities

    • Build and execute action plans to close gaps and improve profitability

    • Manage product mix and customer portfolio

    • Lead launches and in-store activation, including budget management and go-to-market planning

    • Generate shopper and competitive insights to support decision-making

    • Drive excellence at point of sale, including visibility and execution

    • Own sales forecasting processes in collaboration with planning teams

    • Monitor distribution, availability and execution

    🔹 What are we looking for?

    • Bachelor’s degree

    • 3+ years of experience in category management / trade marketing / commercial roles in FMCG

    • Strong analytical capabilities and experience working with data

    • Experience working in a complex, cross-functional environment

    • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills

    • High level of English
