We are looking for an experienced, professional, and service-oriented System Administrator to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, troubleshooting and resolving complex infrastructure issues, maintaining enterprise IT environments, and providing technical support to end users.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage, maintain, and upgrade Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Group Policy (GPO) environments.
• Operate and maintain networking infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls (Fortinet/FortiGate or Check Point experience is preferred).
• Monitor infrastructure and troubleshoot network and system-related issues.
• Manage backup and disaster recovery systems.
• Provide Tier 2–3 technical support for end users.
• Install software and endpoint devices and manage workstations.
• Maintain accurate system documentation and operational procedures.
• Participate in enterprise IT infrastructure projects.
• Analyze and resolve complex end-to-end infrastructure issues.
• Participate in the team's on-call rotation as required.
Requirements
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a System Administration / IT role.
• Proven hands-on experience with:
