Devops AI team lead

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Team Lead to lead our DevOps and Platform Engineering team within a large enterprise environment. This role combines people management, technical leadership, and hands-on engineering while driving modern CI/CD processes, Kubernetes, Platform Engineering, and Developer Experience initiatives.

You will also lead the adoption of AI and LLM-powered development tools, collaborate closely with development and architecture teams, and play a key role in optimizing the software delivery lifecycle from end to end.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience leading a DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Software Development team- Mandatory

• Hands-on software development experience using Java, Python, or Node.js-Mandatory

• Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and ArgoCD- Mandatory

• Proven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions- Mandatory

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform-Mandatory

• Experience implementing or developing AI, LLM, or Agentic AI solutions – a significant advantage.

• Experience working in Cloud environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – an advantage.

• Strong technical leadership, system-level thinking, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
