אנחנו מחפשים רפרנט עמילות מכס לטיפול בתיקי יבוא. זו הזדמנות להתקדם מקצועית להצטרף לצוות באווירה משפחתית עם אופק מקצועי.
תיאור התפקיד
• טיפול בתהליכי שחרור ממכס למשלוחי יבוא המוצרים בהתאם לתקנות המכס בישראל.
• הכנה והגשה מדויקת של הצהרות מכס.
• מעקב שוטף אחר סטטוס המשלוחים וטיפול יזום בכל שלב.
• עבודה שוטפת מול לקוחות, רשויות המכס, מובילים וחברות שילוח לצורך תמיכה בתהליכי השחרור.
דרישות התפקיד
• ניסיון של שנתיים כרפרנט/ית עמילות מכס – חובה.
• פקיד רישוי / לימודי סוכן מכס – יתרון.
• ידע בסיווג – יתרון.
• שירותיות גבוהה ותקשורת בין-אישית מצוינת.
• כישורי פתרון בעיות וארגון ברמה גבוה.
• שליטה מלאה בעברית ובאנגלית (קריאה, כתיבה ודיבור).
