We are looking for an Office Manager who will oversee the day-to-day workplace operations, work with internal and external stakeholders to optimize processes, support employees, manage administrative tasks, and ensure effective follow-through on all administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily office operations from planning to execution in various areas – Office supplies, refreshments management, common areas management, and building maintenance.
• Work with stakeholders and external vendors to ensure a superb and consistent workplace experience.
• Vendor management, budget tracking, implementation of new initiatives and process improvements of operational needs.
• Support employee onboarding, engage with employees on a daily basis to understand challenges and opportunities in the workplace.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as HR, Facilities and Finance.
• Handle office budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and payment processes.
Qualifications
• Proven experience of at least one year in office administration, workplace management, or a similar role.
• Experience in a high-tech or fast-paced corporate environment.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
