מה בתפקיד?
גורם מתכלל האחראי על תכנון, סנכרון ובקרה של כלל אבני הפרויקט משלב התכנון ועד הייצור והאספקה
אחריות על הכנת גאנטים פרויקטליים מורכבים, איזון עומסים בין ייצור וקבלנים וניהול תלות בין פרויקטים
-אינטגרציה בין גורמים שונים בארגון – הנדסה, ייצור, רכש ושרשרת אספקה
-בקרה על עמידה בלוחות זמנים, זיהוי צווארי בקבוק והובלת פתרונות
-אחריות על תכנון חומר פרויקטלי בהתאם לאגנט ולקצב הייצור
-בקרה על רמות מלאי, חוסרים ותעדוף בין פרויקטים
-ניהול קדימויות בין פרויקטים בהתאם לאילוצי קיבולת וחומר
-עבודה שוטפת מול ממשקים רבים והובלת תהליכים חוצי ארגון
דרישות התפקיד:
-ניסיון של 3–5 שנים בתפקיד דומה
-ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות ERP
-ניסיון בבניית תחזיות, ניתוחי What-if ותכנון תרחישים
-הבנה בתהליכי ייצור, לוגיסטיקה ושרשרת אספקה
-יכולת עבודה בסביבה פרויקטלית מרובת ממשקים
-חשיבה מערכתית, יכולת אנליטית גבוהה ויכולת הנעה

We’re hiring a Master Planner
Join a key role in a leading organization, responsible for end-to-end planning, synchronization, and control of complex projects and production processes.
About the role:
• Act as a central integrator, responsible for planning, synchronization, and control of all project milestones from design to production and delivery
• Build and manage complex project Gantt plans, including workload balancing across production and subcontractors
• Lead cross-functional coordination between engineering, production, procurement, and supply chain
• Monitor timelines and execution, identify bottlenecks, and drive solutions
• Own material planning aligned with project plans and production pace
• Monitor inventory levels, shortages, and prioritize across projects
• Manage project priorities based on capacity and material constraints
• Work closely with multiple stakeholders and lead cross-organizational processes
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Experience in forecasting, What-if analysis, and scenario planning
• Strong understanding of production, logistics, and supply chain processes
• Ability to work in a complex, matrix, project-based environment
• Strong analytical and system-thinking skills with a proactive mindset
• High level of English – must
