    This is a key strategic role for an experienced Logic Designer and FPGA Team Leader, with direct influence on product architecture, delivery, quality, and safety. The role is based on-site in Yokneam and reports to the Director of Hardware Engineering.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and grow the FPGA engineering group developing life-saving medical systems.

    • Provide technical and architectural leadership in Logic Design, FPGA, RTL, and system-level design.

    • Own FPGA development activities from architecture and design through implementation, integration, verification, and delivery.

    • Collaborate closely with hardware, software, system, and architecture teams in a regulated medical device environment.

    • Drive robust, high-quality FPGA solutions with strong focus on performance, reliability, safety, and product requirements.

    • Mentor team members, support technical decision-making, and contribute as a key member of the product architecture design process.

    Required Qualifications

    • At least 6 years of experience as an FPGA / RTL Engineer.

    • Strong hands-on experience with Verilog and/or SystemVerilog.

    • Strong system-level understanding and ability to contribute to product architecture.

    • Experience leading FPGA design from concept through implementation, integration, and verification.
