Technical Field Representative

About the Job

We are seeking an Elta Representative at L3 Harris as part of a relocation assignment within the Airborne Systems Division of Elta Systems. This role is part of a major international program involving the delivery and conversion of mission aircraft for the Republic of Korea, in collaboration with L3 as the prime contractor.

What the Role Includes:

• Providing engineering support and troubleshooting technical issues

• Supporting and guiding customer teams on all technical aspects of mission systems

• Managing close working relationships with customer representatives

• Handling technical documentation, approvals, and reports in accordance with customer requirements

• Coordinating, supervising, and executing technical, administrative, and logistical tasks to ensure aircraft availability and service quality

• Maintaining continuous communication with Elta’s program management office

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – mandatory

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Aeronautical Engineering – advantage

• Proven experience in airborne systems modification or aircraft conversion projects – advantage

• Full professional proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) – mandatory

About the Division:

This role is part of a large-scale strategic program involving the sale of mission aircraft to South Korea. The position operates within close cooperation with L3 Harris, the prime contractor, and serves as a key Elta representative on-site. The main objective is to ensure smooth execution, act as a technical liaison between companies, represent Elta’s engineering interests, and enable efficient, real-time information flow to support program success without deviations.
