    Climate tech startup is looking for a senior VP Strategy & Business Development.

    The role reports directly to the CEO and includes leading commercial strategy, market prioritization, partnerships, GTM execution, pricing models, pilots and investor-facing business planning.

    Requirements:

    • Senior strategy/business development experience in B2B industrial, infrastructure, water, climate-tech, sustainability or hardware-plus-service companies

    • Strong analytical and business planning skills

    • Proven experience opening markets, building partnerships and leading pilots

    • International business experience -required

    • Excellent English - required

    • Experience in water, sustainability, emerging markets, governments, NGOs or infrastructure projects -strong advantage

    • Spanish / additional languages - advantage
