The Franklin Regional Council of Governments (FRCOG) is seeking a professional with skills and experience in transportation planning to join our team. Work focuses on activities that contribute to providing safe, efficient, and resilient mobility for people and freight in the region. Strong subject matter expertise, data collection and analysis, writing, public speaking and organizational skills, and ability to work independently and on a team, are essential. Bachelor’s degree required and Master’s degree preferred in planning, engineering or related field with minimum three to five years’ experience depending on education.
