This role serves as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, transforming business challenges into scalable Salesforce solutions while driving projects end-to-end. Responsibilities: • Partner with business stakeholders to analyze processes, identify challenges, and define Salesforce-based solutions • Lead discovery workshops and gather business requirements • Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria • Own and manage the product backlog, sprint priorities, scope, and timelines throughout the project lifecycle • Design Salesforce declarative solutions, data models, and integration requirements in collaboration with technical teams • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, change management, and user training activities • Drive successful platform adoption and ensure alignment between business objectives and delivered solutions
Requirements: • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Business Analyst experience in a customer-facing environment • Strong functional expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud • Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience with ERD design, data modeling, and Salesforce security architecture (Profiles, Permission Sets, OWD, Sharing Rules) • Hands-on experience with Flow Builder, automation design, data migration, and data cleansing activities • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with Jira and Confluence • Relevant academic degree (Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields) • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification Nice to Have: • Salesforce Business Analyst, Sharing & Visibility Designer, or Consultant certifications • Experience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders
